the only thing i've finished lately.... as of, like twenty minutes ago :| i haven't had time at ALL until this weekend so YEH *MAYBE* i will be posting more ;| if i am motivated. which i'm usually not so sorry children.

OKAY, i know it looks like brownie but trust me it's not. it's stella! atticus/ghost is one of my most favourite characters ever and stella's adorable so pictures commence non? the whole scene from when they first met (and are... still. meeting. yeh i'm slow) stuck with me all day and i had to get it out. stella's fur seems a bit dark for me, so i'll probably be going with a lighter tan-orangey tone in the future. HOPEFULLY atticus' hand looks semi-transparent... i'm really proud of how it looks since i only had one pen which was dying BUT it still looks a bit too bleh to me anyway. so then i made myself happy with bright backgrounds yaaay *heart!*

inked//inda ink & nibs
colored//copic, tria, prismacolor markers & pencils. i actually attempted to *shade* this picture which i NEVER do..... and it's actually looks semi-decent to me so i can't complain.

I adore Atticus. He's my favourite character of Kaz's, and I think you did him such wonderful justice.
and Stella! I adore her so much. She's so pretty - especially her hair. And I really like how her scarf sits on her shoulders and hangs down.
but the background colours/pattern are the best. I really like how they all go with each other - and the fact that the most of the picture happens to be in warm colours is great, because it makes Atticus stand out.

Does that little red stamp say "angel" on it? lol

Atticus' fur looks uber-cool, where his snout is and stuff...and the background, especially, looks cool too.

No Brownie NO… why do you make such hot ; ; I just adore how you draw him… he has that laid back alternative look about him that I’ve been working on making more visible. And it’s great how he’s so much bigger than Stella, because uh, he is. xo I love when you can see discernible size differences when two characters are drawn together . She’s so tiny and cute he just wants to sling her over his shoulder and run off. *shifty eyes* The transparent hand is perfect, it’s so wonderful when people remember the little details about my characters. And I still love how you draw his pokey ears ; ; and ohmygosh the curl in Stella’s tail and her little blushy face! Ohhhh I just love all of this I can’t keep commenting or I’d be here forever. ; ; He’s becoming one of my favorite characters lately and I’m doodling him everywhere. I’ve already drawn him and Neema and him and Nori and him and Stella are probably going to happen in the near future. *rubby hands ok*
